At Plop Apparels, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items. If your fit isn't quite right, we are here to help you find the perfect replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all tags attached into the reusable shipping bag or any secure box, ensuring the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
